Pack back is one of the most important steps in the process that we take very seriously.  To ensure the homeowner’s possessions are placed back as close to their original state and location we follow these guidelines:

• We protect all floors and surfaces with rosin paper so as not to scratch or damage.
• We use photo inventory of where the contents were in the residence to place back in its original location.
• We replace all furniture and unpack all boxes.
• We assure the homeowner that neatness and cleanliness are a top priority for all involved during pack back.
