  In the early cold rainy hours. I was awaken to learn my newly purchased old dream home had burned! I was inconsolable and could not stop crying.. I was comforted... read more knowing that Nick was coming to meet me at the home with All County Restoration. Ray Garcia from All County so carefully and kindly assured me that he knew what he was doing and he would stay by my side through the scary process. Ray was exactly what I needed to feel safe.
Ray assured me that All County  could successfully navigate the difficult territory of environmental waste, the many permits , legal processes  and rebuild all from demolition to rebuilding. Ray assured me that Don, the owner of All County was caring and relational and the man for this difficult job of many many steps to restore this lost mid century home I was in love with. Don himself took on my house and boy am I glad he was there with me - at my site, and oversaw the whole process. He and his contractors actually  became more than just contractors to me.
Don, Ray and Robert were truly my saviors, I believe that they were sent from God, because I literally would not have known the first thing to do.
They always  answered my many calls and met my concerns, my anger or frustration and even tears and fears with a calm strong understanding and support. Don and Robert were always  available and literally as Don promised, he "walked me through all the paperwork and phone calls and he helped guide me step by step; often being the middle man, like a family member,  between myself and the county or the insurance company. They were on site from morning and often had crews working there into the dark and cold nights - I know because I was there to witness each and every week!
Don thankfully, made many decisions for me as I relied on his expertise, knowledge and his artistic gifts. Don would honestly guide me and
"tell me what to do" or "what he would do" , when I asked him.
Robert helped me go and chose items, tile and even paint colors; just like a brother.
I can honestly say that I know that I was able to manage these two years of devastation to demolition to the slow detailed process of design during the torrential rains and the many many struggles of shifting to do things during Covid 2020.  I know that I was able to walk the intricate steps of rebuilding and keep working myself largely due to the wisdom, guidance and support that I got from All County Restoration.
Now everyone that has come to my property including professionals and  county officials,  are in awe at the beauty of the home as they hear the story of the blessing that All County Restoration was in my life!
Truly this has been one of the most difficult times in my life and I am so so eternally grateful for everyone at All County Environmental Restoration.

The crew arrived on time the day we scheduled the work. They were professional and communicative. It took a day less that what they initially told us, so we were happy about that. They left the house very clean, like they were never here.
