Leann Meehan embodies the qualities that All County considers most valuable: Passion, Experience and Loyalty. She grew up in the construction/contents industry and entered shortly after her Sweet 16th birthday. With nearly 20 years of experience she has become one of the industry-leading experts with a wealth of knowledge and a knack for saving her clients money.
Leann started her career as a ‘Packer’ in a new contents division in one of the restoration industries’ leading companies. The unprecedented pace in which she rose through the ranks from Packer to Field Lead to Supervisor caught the attention of the executive team at All County Environmental & Restoration. She now serves as All County’s Contents Manger/Estimator for the entire division.

With over 45 years of Industry experience in Construction and Contents Restoration, Doris Esparza is considered a leading expert in her field with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Doris began her career in construction as a house painter at the ripe old age of 17. Her passion for painting & construction grew as did her appetite for responsibility. She has held managerial and executive positions in several construction companies before starting her own contents division within a well-known industry leader. Her experience and hands-on approach ensure confidence that your contents will be handled with great care and respect. Most importantly, her communication with customers is her number one priority.

Tammy has been working in the contents industry for well over 10 years, initially as a packer and eventually a Supervisor. She is a people person known for her passion in the field. Her crew will attest that she is not afraid to roll up her sleeves, jump in the trenches and accomplish the goals set forth by the team to pack with speed and care to restore the insureds belongings. Her sweet, soft nature is guaranteed to ease the minds of those dealing with a pack-out during some of the most difficult times.
